Fitness & Health Coach

I used to dread sports and anything related to physical activity when I was a child.
At the age of 12 I was overweight, overly shy and overwhelmed with guilt for being the way I was.
It wasn't until I discovered fitness that I understood there was something I could do to gain control of my life. That my body and mind could change, if I dedicated some time and put some effort into moving more.
I began swimming, running and cycling, and this made me feel so much better about my body. I became more empowered by taking control of my health and creating a new version of myself.

Towards the end of my teenage years, I enrolled in a fitness studio and began taking part in group fitness classes. This was a big step out of my comfort zone, but I found out that it was so much fun!

Fitness changed my life, so now I dedicate it to changing other people's lives too.

Having taught my first classes in Portugal, I moved to London a few years later to pursue a full-time career in the fitness industry. After 4 years in the big city, I spent 18 months living by Lake Geneva, in Switzerland, working as Head Group Trainer while completing the ACSM Certificate in Personal Training.

Now based in Australia, I bring all my passion and expertise to #fit_r's virtual exclusive programs, available all over the world and designed to give you the best results and that special feeling of mission accomplished after each workout!

GOT A #QUESTION?

I HAVEN'T DONE A FITNESS CLASS IN AGES, WHERE SHOULD I START?

All our classes have options to accommodate different fitness levels. If you are new to working out, we recommend using lighter hand weights (1-2 kg) until you feel comfortable enough to increase resistance. If you have any questions, please email before class and we'll get back to you!

I HAVEN'T GOT A STRONG PELVIC FLOOR/LOWER BACK/KNEES. CAN I STILL JOIN A TRAMPOLINE CLASS?

Yes, you can! Training on the rebounder can help strengthen your pelvic floor, as well as the muscles responsible for helping to maintain a strong posture and healthy knees. Please speak to the Instructor prior to the class so that we can give you some helpful tips to make this class an awesome experience to you.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR CLASS?

We ask that you join class 5 minutes before it starts, so that any questions you have can be answered by the Trainer. However, we know that work commitments may get in the way, so your Zoom link is valid for the whole duration of the class. If you join late, just remember to take it easy for first 3 minutes to give your body a chance to warm up!
