FAQs

WHERE SHOULD I START?

When you join a live-streamed workout, you are part of an interactive training experience, where you are able to ask any questions you may have before the class begins. I will coach you and all the other participants throughout the workout providing any modifications or progressions, as required.

 

If you prefer, you can also try one of the many options available on-demand. It includes 30, 45 and 60-minute workouts that you can do anywhere, anytime.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?

An exercise mat and a pair of light/medium weights - that's all.

I also recommend having a bottle of water and a small hand towel nearby.

WHAT ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING?

Absolutely! Personal training is the most suitable option to fast-track your progress. Head on over to the Personal Training tab and get in touch. We'll organise a 30-minute complimentary consultation and take if from there.
